Together with captain Litton Das, they added 74 for the second wicket and although Das fell for 32, the Sri Lanka bowlers couldn't inspire a comeback. Tanzid hit six sixes in total as he powered his side to a series win, Tawhid Hridoy supporting with an unbeaten 27. Thushara and Kamindu Mendi took a wicket apiece but the hosts didn't have enough runs on the board. Mahedi Hasan was named Player of the Match, while Litton Das received the Player of the Series award.
