Jordan Pickford's future at Everton remains unclear

Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea are monitoring Jordan Pickford's situation at Everton, according to The Daily Mail

Despite agreeing a new five-year deal before the World Cup, the Toffees are yet to sign off on extending the England keeper's stay at Goodison Park.

And that has led to a host of Premier League rivals believing they could swoop for Pickford, who only has 18 months left on his existing contract.

Everton boss Frank Lampard has made it clear he wants to keep the 28-year-old stopper and is keen to see the new package signed and sealed as soon as possible.

But the delay is reportedly at boardroom level and sources are said to have expressed surprise the deal remains with the club's owners.

Lampard, whose own position is under threat after four straight defeats in all competitions, said last week: "Jordan feels very happy being at this club. I don't want to speak for him but that's the impression I get.

"I feel we can match his ambitions. We're a huge club with a huge history and big ambition and he's a big part of that.

"If Jordan feels like that, we can match each other's ambitions and in terms of getting him to stay longer, I don't see that as a problem."
