- Man Utd are on a seven-game unbeaten run across all competitions
- Fulham last won at Old Trafford in October 2003
- Recommended bet:
Manchester United to win and over 2.5 goals

Manchester United go in search of a sixth victory in a row across all competitions when they take on Fulham at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Pressure has eased on United manager Erik ten Hag over the last month, and his side head into this fixture on the back of a 2-1 victory at Luton, which made it four league wins in a row.

Just one win in eight for Fulham, a run that has seen them knocked out of both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, has seen the club slip into the bottom half of the table, and they may find it difficult to come away from Manchester with a positive result.

Team news

United will again be without the services of Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Anthony Martial, Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw because of their respective injuries.

They have been joined in the treatment room by Rasmus Hojlund, who faces two to three weeks out with a muscle injury.

Kenny Tete is in contention for Fulham after missing the last two games with an injury, while Armando Broja should have recovered from the illness that kept him out of the 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa last time out.

Joao Palhinha is suspended and Raul Jimenez is not due back from a thigh issue until the end of March.

The stats

United have won four league games in a row to climb to sixth in the standings, leaving the club five points behind Aston Villa in fourth.

The Red Devils are unbeaten in their last seven matches in all competitions, scoring 19 goals but keeping only two clean sheets during this period.

Fulham have just one victory from their last eight assignments, while they have gone 11 away matches without success in the top flight (L7 D4).

The Cottagers' last triumph at Old Trafford came in October 2003, when they ran out 3-1 winners, since then they have gone 15 visits without a win.

Prediction

Although still not at their fluent best, United have managed to churn out victories in recent weeks and they should have enough in the locker to get the better of a struggling Fulham.

Striker Hojlund has been in sparkling form in front of goal for the Red Devils and his absence means Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes will need to further improve on their recent improvement.

Over 2.5 goals has landed in all of United's last six matches, with five of those ending up in victory for Ten Hag's side, while the club's last three home matches have seen a combined 12 strikes.

Fulham's season is in danger of petering out after the two cup exits and they have been struggling badly on the road, with no win recorded from their last 11 attempts in the league.

Marco Silva's troops have failed to score in three of their last four road games in the top flight and given those attacking deficiencies, the better play here is to go with over 2.5 goals in a United win.
