- Fulham’s last three matches have contained 17 goals
- West Ham’s last seven league away matches have all featured at least three goals
- Recommended bet: Over 3.5 goals

Fulham reacted brilliantly from suffering a late defeat at Liverpool by thumping Nottingham Forest 5-0 on Wednesday and could be set for a thrilling London derby when West Ham head to Craven Cottage on Sunday.

The Hammers are full of beans themselves after claiming a 2-1 win in another all-capital clash at Tottenham on Thursday, so it seems unlikely that David Moyes' side will sit back as they look to boost their credentials in the race for a European place.

Team news

Adama Traore and Rodrigo Muniz face late tests for Fulham, but both former Hammer Issa Diop and Tyrese Francois remain sidelined.

West Ham forward Michail Antonio is struggling with a knee problem but hopes are high that goalkeeper Alphonse Areola will be available after missing the win at Spurs with a wrist injury.

The stats

West Ham have won five of their last six games against Fulham.

Fulham's last three league games have contained 17 goals, while each of West Ham's last seven away games have featured at least three goals.

Hammers forward Jarrod Bowen has scored in each of their last seven league away matches.

Meanwhile, Fulham striker Raul Jimenez has scored in four of his last five starts against the Hammers.

Prediction

David Moyes' West Ham will be buoyed by their midweek win at Tottenham

Fulham were left in despair at Anfield last week when they conceded two injury-time goals to lose 4-3 to Liverpool, but manager Marco Silva will have been delighted with the way his team responded against Nottingham Forest.

Jimenez scored twice in the 5-0 win over the Tricky Trees and that was the third time in four home games that the Cottagers had scored at least three goals on their own patch.

The defeat against Jurgen Klopp’s team was a blow but it shows how far they have come in the last few weeks.

It should be an entertaining game against West Ham, who have their own reasons to be smiling, with them now unbeaten in six in all competitions, winning their last three.

A 2-1 win at Tottenham will have left the Hammers in great spirits and forward Jarrod Bowen scored in his seventh consecutive away game on Thursday.

The Hammers have an excellent recent record against the Cottagers and with each of their last seven away games having featured at least three goals, it is worth chancing that there could be more in what has the potential to be an entertaining spectacle.
