The FA cup fourth round will take centre stage this weekend

The FA Cup takes centre stage again this weekend with 32 teams looking to progress from a tasty fourth-round draw and several ties promising to deliver plenty of goals.

Sunday's clash at Vicarage Road between Championship promotion rivals Watford and Southampton should be one to watch, as the Hornets need to be wary of two Scotland internationals in superb goalscoring form.

Elsewhere, we think two other Championship forwards and a top Premier League performer are worthy of support in our search for five goalscorers to do the business this weekend.

Back Che Adams to score against Watford @ 9/5

Watford have not kept a clean sheet for 13 games, so it is little wonder that we begin by looking at a couple of Southampton players with impressive recent goal returns.

With five strikes in his last six appearances, Che Adams will carry a major threat if he features for Russell Martin's side this Sunday.

The ex-Birmingham star bagged as a substitute in his side's 4-0 thrashing of Walsall in the third round, but he might be in line to start in an away tie at fellow Championship opposition.

Back Ryan Fraser to score against Watford @ 14/5

Adams' Scotland teammate Ryan Fraser also appears to have picked up the goal bug with five goals in his last six games for the Saints.

The winger scored twice in the South Coast club's 4-0 hammering of Walsall in round three and should be in line to keep his place in Martin's front three due to Samuel Edozie's injury absence.

Back Joel Piroe to score against Plymouth @ 13/10

Leeds boss Daniel Farke chose not to give Joel Piroe any minutes off the bench during Wednesday's Championship win over Norwich City - the first league game that the Dutch attacker has not featured in since he joined the Whites.

That was harsh on Piroe, who scored Leeds' stoppage-time winner in last weekend's 2-1 victory over Preston North End, unless Farke planned to make sure his forward was fit and firing for Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round tie against Plymouth.

Piroe also scored the winner in Leeds' 2-1 Championship success over the Pilgrims earlier this season — one of seven goals he has scored in 11 Elland Road appearances this term.

Back Jay Stansfield to score against Leicester @ 7/2

Birmingham City attacker Jay Stansfield scored one and set one up in his side's third-round replay win at Hull, despite only coming off the bench in the 63rd minute.

New Blues boss Tony Mowbray switched him from wide right to centre-forward in his starting line-up at Stoke last weekend and Stansfield repaid his faith with the opener in another 2-1 win.

The 24-year-old has scored four and assisted two more in his last eight appearances and should be the biggest threat to Leicester keeping a clean sheet on Saturday — something Enzo Maresca's team has not done for their past four matches.

Back Curtis Jones to score against Norwich @ 12/5

Liverpool, who have scored three or more goals in 10 of their last 13 games against Norwich in all competitions, should be in the mood to entertain against the Canaries this weekend.

One of the reasons why Jurgen Klopp's men are still fighting on all four fronts is their squad depth, with midfielder Curtis Jones one of several fringe players to have made telling contributions this term.

The midfielder has scored four goals in his last eight appearances for the Reds, including three strikes in the Carabao Cup, as he makes a case for inclusion in Gareth Southgate's next England squad.
