Hansi Flick's Barcelona have not yet been beaten in 2025

- Getafe have won three of their last four games
- Real Madrid have lost their last three games in 90 minutes
- Real Valladolid have picked up just one point from the last 33 available

Barcelona are starting to pull away at the top of LaLiga, establishing a four-point buffer over El Clasico rivals Real Madrid, who were wounded by their 3-0 loss to Arsenal in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The battle for fifth comes to a head this weekend as Villarreal take on Real Betis, while the relegation dogfight is also far from over in LaLiga.

Valencia vs Sevilla (Friday, 8pm)

Valencia continued to pull away from the LaLiga relegation zone with a shock 2-1 win over Real Madrid last Saturday — their third win in their last four games — and they can follow up with victory over Sevilla.

Score prediction: Valencia 1-0 Sevilla

Real Sociedad vs Mallorca (Saturday, 1pm)

The goals have been flowing in Real Sociedad's recent fixtures with both teams scoring in each of their last five games. They can prevail in another high-scoring fixture with Mallorca, who have conceded 37 times in LaLiga this term.

Score prediction: Real Sociedad 3-1 Mallorca

Getafe vs Las Palmas (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Getafe won for the third time in four LaLiga contests in style last Sunday, thrashing Real Valladolid 4-0, and they should also take maximum points at home to struggling Las Palmas.

Score prediction: Getafe 2-0 Las Palmas

Celta Vigo vs Espanyol (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Espanyol are fighting for their lives in LaLiga and that makes them dangerous opponents. In their last two games they have held Atletico Madrid to a 1-1 draw and thumped Rayo Vallecano 4-0 and they can next edge Celta Vigo.

Score prediction: Celta Vigo 0-1 Espanyol

Leganes vs Barcelona (Saturday, 8pm)

Barcelona put Borussia Dortmund to the sword in their 4-0 Champions League triumph on Wednesday and they could again rack up the goals against Leganes, whose last three games have produced a total of 12 goals.

Score prediction: Leganes 1-3 Barcelona

Osasuna vs Girona (Sunday, 1pm)

Osasuna drew 1-1 with Leganes on Monday and that was the fifth time they have had that scoreline since the start of 2025. Only one point separates these teams in the standings and a share of the spoils could again be on the cards.

Score prediction: Osasuna 1-1 Girona

Alaves vs Real Madrid (Sunday, 3.15pm)

Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid have lost their last three games in normal time
Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid have lost their last three games in normal time

Alaves have shown promise in theLa Liga relegation scrap, beating Villarreal and Girona since the start of March, and they can hold firm against Real Madrid, who will be wounded by their 3-0 loss to Arsenal on Tuesday.

Score prediction: Alaves 1-1 Real Madrid

Real Betis vs Villarreal (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Real Betis are handling the challenge of balancing LaLiga duties with their Conference League run and they can win a crucial clash with Villarreal, who are just above them in the race for the top five.

Score prediction: Real Betis 2-1 Villarreal

Athletic Bilbao vs Rayo Vallecano (Sunday, 8pm)

Athletic Bilbao failed to capitalise on their man advantage in their Europa League quarter-final with Rangers on Thursday and that was their third 0-0 draw on the spin. Goals could again be at a premium in this one with out-of-form Rayo Vallecano likely to come unstuck.

Score prediction: Athletic Bilbao 1-0 Rayo Vallecano

Atletico Madrid vs Real Valladolid (Monday, 8pm)

Atletico Madrid dug deep to beat Sevilla 2-1 last Sunday but they should have an easier time of it against Real Valladolid on Monday. Valladolid have lost four games in a row, including a 4-0 mauling by Getafe, and this should be straightforward for Atleti.

Score prediction: Atletico Madrid 4-0 Real Valladolid
