There is plenty to fight for as the domestic seasons wind down across Europe and there is another jam-packed schedule on the cards this weekend.

Ahead of the games, here is a look at five goalscorer selections punters should be considering.

Lois Openda has earned plenty of plaudits for his 24 goals in the Bundesliga this season. but it is his RB Leipzig team-mate Benjamin Sesko who is worth watching when Die Bullen take on Werder Bremen.

The 20-year-old ace was on target in Leipzig's 1-1 draw with Hoffenheim last Friday and that was the fifth successive game in which he has scored for the Red Bulls.

Sesko's Bundesliga goal tally sits at 12 this season and he can add at least another against lowly Bremen.

Crystal Palace are finishing the season with a flourish under Oliver Glasner and their renewed attacking impetus was clear to see in Monday's shock 4-0 win over Manchester United.

Jean-Philippe Mateta grabbed their second goal in that match and has been one of the greatest beneficiaries of Glasner's style of play.

Mateta has scored eight goals in Palace's last nine Premier League fixtures and could be on target against Wolves.

Another player in fine form at the tail-end of the Premier League season is Newcastle United's Alexander Isak.

The Magpies demolished Sheffield United 5-1 and Burnley 4-1 in their last two contests and Isak scored three goals across those two matches.

He also bagged a brace against Tottenham last month, meaning he has scored five goals in his last four matches, and he can net against Brighton.

Head coach Bo Henriksen is hoping to guide Mainz to Bundesliga survival.

Mainz are fighting for their lives in the German Bundesliga and Jonathan Burkardt can boost their survival chances by scoring against Borussia Dortmund.

Dortmund booked their spot in the Champions League final on Tuesday night and could be tempted to rotate with little left to play for in the league.

Burkardt has bagged seven goals in the Bundesliga this term, netting in three of his team's last four matches, and he can get on the scoresheet.

Bologna are in the hunt for Champions League football in Serie A this season and if they get over the line Joshua Zirkzee will have played a key role.

Zirkzee has struck 11 goals in Serie A this season and was on target in the team's key away win over Roma in April, so back him to convert against big guns Napoli.
