Chelsea, Manchester United and Aston Villa dominate the nominees for the Women's Super League end-of-season awards.

The Blues and Red Devils are battling it out for the title, while Villa have been the surprise package of the campaign and currently sit in fifth place.

Read on to find out who is in the running for Player and Manager of the Season.

Player of the Season

Rachel Daly, the division's top scorer, is in the mix alongside Villans colleague Kirsty Hanson to be named Player of the Season.

Chelsea pair Sam Kerr and Guro Retien, who have 31 WSL goal involvements between them this season, also make the cut.

Elsewhere, United duo Leah Galton and Ona Batlle are joined by Arsenal star Frida Maanum and Manchester City's Khadija Shaw, who is the league's second top scorer with 18 goals.

Manager of the Season

Chelsea boss Emma Hayes is looking to win back-to-back Manager of the Season awards after scooping the accolade in 2021-22.

She is up against United's Marc Skinner, Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall and Villa mastermind Carla Ward.

The destination of the prize could depend on who emerges victorious in the title race.

Chelsea are currently top on 52 points with two games to play. If they win their remaining fixtures against the Gunners and Reading, they will set a record points total in a WSL season.

Skinner's United are second on 50 points and will be hoping the West London outfit falter in the run-in, with their last two matches pitting them against City and Liverpool.
