Manchester United, Juventus and Bayern Munich are all keeping a close eye on England Under-21 international Noni Madueke.
The PSV Eindhoven winger is one of the hottest properties in European football and has a whole host of clubs after him.
A stunning start to the season has seen him net five times in seven games and PSV value him at £30million.
The Mail say that United, Bayern and Juve scouts were joined by talent-spotters from Leicester, Atalanta and Roma as PSV lost 2-1 to Benfica in their Champions League qualifying play-off first-leg on Wednesday night.
Madueke, 19, was in Tottenham’s academy before opting to move abroad at 16 in search of a clear path to first-team football.
Now it looks like he could return to England, with Sky Sports reporting that Spurs and Wolves are two more clubs with real interest in landing the winger.
He made his PSV debut shortly before coronavirus curtailed the 2019-20 campaign — but quickly found his feet last season by netting seven goals in 24 appearances.
And he was rewarded with an England Under-21s debut earlier this summer as his stock continues to grow across the continent.
Lingard ready to leave
Jesse Lingard is ready to leave boyhood club Manchester United permanently in search of first-team football.
And that will pique the interest of West Ham after the 28-year-old enjoyed a fruitful loan spell at the London Stadium last season.
Lingard had hoped his performances in the capital would lead to more chances at Old Trafford but the form of Bruno Fernandes in his favoured No10 role means that looks a long shot.
Although the England international does not want to leave his boyhood club, he is desperate to break back into Gareth Southgate’s national setup after missing out on Euro 2020.
But The Times say despite interest, there have been no official bids yet.
Lingard scored nine goals and set up a further five during his spell at the Hammers, yet the Londoners are supposedly reluctant to meet United’s £25m valuation.
With one year left on his deal at United, it remains to be seen whether that asking price will drop before the window shuts on August 31.
