Danny Ings will look to fire Southampton to victory at West Brom

After a controversial weekend, the Premier League action continues on Monday night with two clashes.

Southampton are the visitors to lowly West Brom before Everton head to Brighton desperate for a victory if they’re to keep their Champions League hopes alive.

Sit back and read our pieces on Danny Ings and Jakub Moder, two of the key men set to be involved in tonight's fixtures.

West Brom vs Southampton (6pm, Sky Sports)

West Brom welcome Southampton to the Hawthorns needing a miracle to avoid immediate relegation back to the Championship.

And if they are to pick up three points against Ralph Hasenhuttl’s Saints, they will need to keep hotshot Danny Ings quiet.

Ings, 28, netted his tenth goal of an injury-hit season in last weekend’s 3-2 victory over Burnley and has been linked with a move away from St Mary’s.

His contract ends in the summer of 2022 and we assess whether Manchester City’s reported interest could see Ings earn a big move.

Brighton vs Everton (8pm, Sky Sports)

Everton travel to Brighton knowing they must end a three-game winless run if they’re to keep themselves in Champions League qualification contention.

The Toffees are eight points behind West Ham in fourth, but have two games in hand on all the teams above them in the Premier League.

Brighton, meanwhile, are six points clear of the relegation zone and Graham Potter continues to blood youngsters as they look to complete at the top level.

Poland international Jakub Moder is the latest unheralded name to benefit and following his goal for the Poles in their 2-1 defeat at Wembley last month, we turn the spotlight on the versatile 22-year-old.
