Warwick is one of three jumps meetings taking place on Wednesday.

There are seven races from the Midlands venue, with the opener scheduled for 12pm.

With dry conditions expected to continue this week, the going is described as 'Good To Soft', 'Good' in places.

And we have picked out five horses for you to follow

12pm - Olly Murphy Racing "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle (2m)

In his sole appearance on the track so far, HARTUR D'OUDAIRIES prevailed in a bumper at Le Mans in France.

He won in comfortable fashion and has since moved to the UK, to the capable hands of the in-form Dan Skelton.

The Kapgarde gelding is an interesting runner on his hurdles debut. Given his connections, a lot will be expected from him.

He looks like the one they all have to beat in this opener.

LiveScore selection: Hartur D'Oudairies

12.30pm - Start Your Racingtv Free Trial Now Mares' Novices' Handicap Chase (2m4f)

FONTAINE COLLONGES broke her maiden on her penultimate outing at Leicester (1m7½f), battling on gamely to prevail by a neck.

She was unable to add to that on her seasonal reappearance in what was her chase debut.

This mark of 116 looks like something she can work from as she bids to build upon a respectable opening start of the campaign.

She is also stepping up in trip, which should work in her favour.

LiveScore selection: Fontaine Collonges

1.05pm - Any Towers Memorial Mares' Novices' Hurdle (2m5f)

Point-to-point winner QUEENS RIVER is set for her debut over Rules here and this expensive purchase will be expected to make a successful start.

The daughter of Kayf Tara is now with Nicky Henderson and is related to some smart winners.

This does not look the strongest of novice races, so it is a good opportunity for the Seven Barrows runner to impress.

LiveScore selection: Queens River

1.40pm - Highflyer Bloodstock Novices' Chase (2m)

Three-time hurdles winner EDWARDSTONE has yet to score in two attempts over fences.

He was in contention over this C&D earlier this month when he was brought down four out.

Alan King's runner is likely to sit off the pace in this race and that could prove a smart tactic as there are a number of horses who will be battling to make the running.

Expect to see him make his charge when others are fading.

LiveScore selection: Edwardstone

2.50pm - John Summer Memorial Veterans' Handicap Chase (3m)

There are some great names in this veterans' handicap chase, one of which is REGAL ENCORE

This horse prevailed in a Grade Three contest at Ascot last season. He finished third of 14 on his reappearance in that same race last month.

A first attempt at a veterans' race should make it easier for Anthony Honeyball's chaser.

Despite being 13 now, he looks to have all the enthusiasm for racing as he did at his peak. He will be a very popular winner here if he is able to get his nose in front at the line.

LiveScore selection: Regal Encore
