The Cambridgeshire meeting at Newmarket concludes on Saturday with the heritage handicap featuring on a card that also boasts Group 1 juvenile action via the Cheveley Park Stakes and Middle Park Stakes.
They race at Newmarket from 1.15pm-5.24pm with ground conditions set to be 'Good to firm-good in places' on the Rowley Course.
It promises to be a classy day of action at HQ and we've selected five to follow on the Newmarket card.
LiveScore Five to Follow at Newmarket on Saturday
1.50pm - Juddmonte Royal Lodge Stakes (Group 2, 1m)
Andrew Balding's MASEKELA is the one to beat in the Royal Lodge. He's proven himself effective on all ground and the Goodwood maiden winner has really come on in his last two starts.
He gave subsequent Group 1 winner Native Trail a proper battle in the Superlative Stakes over 7f on the July Course here, going down by a fraction, and then outbattled Bayside Boy to win a Listed Newbury race in August.
That rival has also paid the form a handsome nod in taking the unbeaten record of Reach For The Moon in the Group 2 Champagne Stakes at Doncaster this month.
LiveScore Selection: Masekela
2.25pm - Juddmonte Cheveley Park Stakes (Fillies' Group 1, 6f)
Lowther one-two Zain Claudette and Sandrine spearhead the home team in this Group 1 but the Irish raiding party is strong and none more so than SACRED BRIDGE for Ger Lyons and Colin Keane in the famous colours of the race sponsors, Juddmonte Farms.
The Bated Breath filly has won all four starts and last month's impressive Round Tower win at the Curragh left the impression she could be a Group 1 star in the making.
LiveScore Selection: Sacred Bridge
3.00pm - Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes (Group 1, 6f)
A really deep renewal of the Middle Park and one in which Perfect Power sets the standard in the wake of his Group 1 Prix Morny success five weeks ago.
He avenged his luckless Glorious Goodwood defeat to Asymmetric there, and had the likes of Armor behind too.
Castle Star, Go Bears Go and Dr Zempf are all potential players but Aidan O'Brien has won this six times this century and HMS ENDEAVOUR - while untested in this grade - is a War Front colt with plenty scope for further improvement. He might be one to ruffle some feathers.
LiveScore Selection: HMS Endeavour
3.40pm - bet365 Cambridgeshire Handicap (Heritage Handicap, 1m1f)
Amongst the toughest handicaps in the calendar, this cavalry charge requires both ability and some luck. Uncle Bryn is proving popular, though Frankie Dettori seemingly prefers Majestic Morning of the Gosden-trained pair, while recent Ayr winner Chichester looks very well-handicapped.
IRISH ADMIRAL hasn't quite delivered on the promise of his run at York's Dante meeting in May but his last two efforts York and Redcar (won) have been more like it and William Haggas' 4YO retains the ability to do better, with a strongly-run nine-furlongs here perhaps going to be ideal for him and the yard in excellent recent form.
LiveScore Selection: Irish Admiral
5.24pm - Sue Human Celebration Handicap (7f)
The Eve Johnson Houghton-trained JUMBY has got lots of Newmarket experience having raced here four times this season.
The New Bay colt won over 6f in May and after contesting some richer races in midsummer (including a Royal Ascot Group 1), was back going close here last month in third.
A gutsy winner at Salisbury (6f, good) soon after that, he is proven to stay this trip and is only 2lb higher now as he looks to make it 2-2 with William Buick on board (won together in May).
LiveScore Selection: Jumby
