There is an exciting day ahead at Lingfield
There is an exciting day ahead at Lingfield

It is jumps action all the way on Tuesday with four meetings set to take place across Britain and Ireland.

Among them is Lingfield's six-race card, which runs from 12.20pm to 3.15pm on conditions forecast to be 'Good to soft'.

Here are our five to follow during the meeting at the Surrey course.

12.20pm - Free Tips On Handicap Hurdle (2m7f)

Stamina is clearly a trait for recent C&D scorer My Last Oscar and he could again have a major say in this opener despite being up 7lb.

That race he bagged was not the strongest, however, and a more severe test of his credential awaits.

WHYDAH GALLY should be fitter on the back of his return at Newton Abbot (2m5½f, good to soft) early last month and, eased 2lb, he rates a likely improver upped in trip for the in-form Colin Tizzard string.

LiveScore selection: Whydah Gally

12.55pm - Download The At The Races App Mares' Handicap Chase (2m4f)

Timeless Beauty and Poniente are deemed capable, though both lack a recent run.

The former is having a first start for new trainer Fergal O'Brien and any strong vibes could look significant.

LILITH ran below what was expected on her chase bow at Ffos Las (3m, soft) last month but that was a first run since March and she should be fitter this time.

Better ground should be a plus as well and she might be chancing.

LiveScore selection: Lilith

1.30pm - Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Novices' Hurdle (2m)

Gary Moore's French import HOUKA D'OUDAIRIES made a pleasing start over hurdles at Huntingdon (2m3½f, good) late last month when finishing second behind another import from the continent, Jonjo O'Neill's Trapista.

The filly was clear of everything else and she should be at home down in distance now and with improvement likely.

Dual bumper winner Moveit Like Minnie is the danger for Nigel Twiston-Davies if taking to this new discipline.

LiveScore selection: Houka D'Oudairies

The Twiston-Davies team of Nigel and Sam are fancied to do well here with chasing debutant FANTASTIKAS.

He was consistent over hurdles last term, finishing outside of the first two only once in five starts — including a second place at Stratford (2m2½f, good to soft) on his seasonal bow.

He should be able to do himself justice first time out on that evidence and is expected to make his mark in this sphere.

LiveScore selection: Fantastikas

3.15pm - Free Replays On Maiden Hurdle (2m3½f)

Irish point-to-point winner Viva Lavilla is a notable rules debutant for a Skelton team still no doubt buzzing from their exploits at Cheltenham on Sunday.

They could be running into a decent one here however in KYNTARA for Kim Bailey and David Bass.

He spread-eagled the field in a bumper at Warwick back in February on his rules bow. The form looks solid enough and a winning start over hurdles beckons him.

LiveScore selection: Kyntara
