Who wrote their name into the Premier League history books on the final day?

City’s dramatic comeback saw Ilkay Gundogan score twice, Heung-Min Son finish the season level on goals with Mohamed Salah and Raphinha celebrate with the Leeds fans at Brentford.

We have picked out the five biggest stars after one of the great final days of top-flight action.

There is plenty to dissect after yesterday’s slate of fixtures and we will have reaction from key players, as well as some new faces.

City did not make life easy for their manager or fans but that made victory all the sweeter after it looked like the title was slipping from their grasp.

Liverpool played their part with a 3-1 win over Wolves and will now turn their focus to the small matter of a Champions League final against Real Madrid on Saturday.

Any Spurs nerves quickly disappeared as they thrashed sorry Norwich 5-0 to secure fourth spot and Champions League football.

Ralf Rangnick’s tenure at Manchester United ended in miserable fashion as ex-Red Devil Wilfried Zaha netted the only goal in a 1-0 Crystal Palace win.

At the bottom, Burnley’s defeat to Newcastle meant Leeds only needed a point to stay up.

They went one step further as Jack Harrison’s stoppage-time strike gave them a 2-1 win at 10-man Brentford.

And third-placed Chelsea ended their season with a 2-1 win over Watford in Antonio Rudiger’s final game.

Transfer Talk

Aston Villa have wasted no time in getting their summer business started with the capture of Marseille star Boubacar Kamara on a free transfer.

We turn the focus on the Villans’ first signing after he signed a reported five-year deal.

Meanwhile, our daily gossip column focuses on Liverpool and Real Madrid’s battle to sign Aurelien Tchouameni.

And there is more

We will keep you up to date with all the big news throughout the day in LiveScore daily.
