Klopp's take
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was impressed with his side's resilience as they overcame Wolves in the FA Cup third-round replay.
Harvey Elliott's strike from distance was the difference between and the Reds kept the Midlands club at arm's length throughout the match.
Liverpool will now travel to Brighton in the fourth round as they look to continue their defence of the trophy.
And the German coach hailed his players' ability to bounce back from what he described as one of their worst-ever performances against the Seagulls last week.
He said: "Everybody got that reaction, it was the reaction we needed to show.
"The game was completely different to last time. I’m really happy with that. All the individual performances were good.
"It was good and I said to the boys after the game that’s how it feels when you play well and win. That’s why we are quite happy.
"We were compact, together and we had good challenges. We played really good football and scored an exceptional goal. Harvey saw something not a lot of people have seen. I wouldn’t have expected a shot in that moment."

Brentford midfielder Mathias Jensen has signed a new contract at the club until the end of the 2025-26 season.
The West London outfit have the option to extend the deal by an extra year at their pleasure should they wish to keep the Dane until 2027.
Head coach Thomas Frank said: "I am pleased to hear that Matti has extended his contract.
"I think he has been one of our best players so far this season, after a stop-start season last year when he was unlucky with injuries and illness.
"He is clearly our set-piece man and we know he can dictate a game from the centre of midfield. I wanted him to add more goals and assists this season and he is doing that.
"Matti has developed his pressing abilities this season, as well as his defensive mindset, which is so important for a Premier League midfield player. I am pleased he will be part of the next stage of our journey."

Michael Appleton has been relieved of his duties as Blackpool manager after a short second stint in charge of the Championship club.
The 47-year-old was appointed in June 2022 but has failed to pick up a win in their last 10 matches in England's second tier.
Appleton's Seasiders were victims to a 2-0 loss at Watford last weekend and sit second bottom in the table.
A club statement confirmed that assistant head coach David Kerslake has also left Bloomfield Road.
It also thanked the two for their service, saying: "The club would like to thank Michael and David for their efforts during their time at Bloomfield Road and wish them all the best for the future.
"The club hope to be able to announce a new head coach in the coming days."
Temporary Premier League concussion subs rejected
&w=707&quality=100)
A temporary concussion substitute trial in the Premier League next season has been rejected by the game’s lawmakers.
A meeting between the International Football Association Board met to discuss the possibility of a trial but could not come to a unanimous decision.
FA chief Mark Bullingham said: "There were very strong and very different views in the room, and we didn’t reach a consensus.
"I tabled it a year ago, I tabled it again today. There are different points of view and they all have merit.
"I’m probably not the best person to give you both sides of the argument, but there won’t be IFAB support for a trial right now."
The permanent concussion substitute will continue indefinitely as it has overwhelming support from clubs and players.
Diaz joins new agency
&w=707&quality=100)
Liverpool and Colombia winger Luis Diaz has appointed international agency NVA SEG to manage his off-field activities.
Diaz, 26, has enjoyed a terrific start to life in England since arriving from Porto a year ago but is currently sidelined with a knee problem and has not featured for Jurgen Klopp's men since the 3-2 loss at Arsenal last October.
The South American star has recorded 18 goal contributions in 38 appearances for the Merseyside club and will be eager to get back to full fitness and help his team recover from a poor period.
As he edges closer to a return to action on the field, Diaz is happy to make big changes off the pitch.
The Reds attacker said: "When I joined Liverpool I knew I needed the best people around me.
"Football has given me so much and now I want to use my position to support people that need me in Liverpool, Colombia and around the world."
The agency has a history of representing other sports stars including Rio Ferdinand, Usain Bolt and Deontay Wilder.
Wales FA announce equal pay scheme
The Football Association of Wales has announced an agreement to provide equal pay for both the men's and women's teams.
The landmark scheme will cover up to and until the 2026 World Cup and 2027 Women's World Cup.
Both teams issued a joint statement on the breakthrough, saying: "Together Stronger has been the mantra across the Cymru national teams for us all, both on and off the pitch as we look to put Wales on the world stage.
"As part of the FAW’s strive towards equality, we are now proud to announce that together, our men’s and women’s teams have agreed to an equal pay structure for future international matches.
"We hope that this will allow future generations of boys and girls to see that there is equality across Welsh international football, which is important for society as a whole."
"With this agreement in place, we will now look ahead to the Euro 2024 and 2025 qualifying campaigns, as we aim to see further success across both our senior teams in the near future."
Ten Hag's triumph
&w=707&quality=100)
Erik ten Hag has admitted he now fully trusts his players after their strong run of form in recent weeks.
Manchester United won their ninth game in a row with victory over rivals Manchester City and could move to ten should they beat Crystal Palace tonight.
The Red Devils suffered a slow start under the former Ajax boss but have since recovered and find themselves in with a shot at the title.
Speaking ahead of the Palace game, Ten Hag said: "The way they transferred the plan [against City] in the game, I think was brilliant.
"You see how they are in possession, but also out of possession — the pressing, how we defended the front three of Manchester City I think was really good.
"I trust them. They were behind the plan fully 100% and they controlled long periods of the game in the first half."
United could climb into second in the Premier League with a win tonight — just six points off Arsenal with a trip to the Emirates scheduled for this Sunday.
Edwards ecstatic
&w=707&quality=100)
Rob Edwards was ecstatic with Luton's last-gasp winner at Wigan that saw them progress to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Hatters were held at home and had to do it the hard way in a replay but eventually won out courtesy of an Elijah Adebayo strike.
Edward's side will now face League Two Grimbsy at home in the next round and the former Watford manager expressed his delight with the away side's performance.
He said: "I was really pleased with the start, we had a couple of chances early on. They were obviously a threat on the counter-attack and with set-pieces, which we knew.
"We started the second half badly, a fantastic goal from their point of view, but defensively we could do better. But we responded very quickly which was important.
"We had to defend well at times, which you’re always going to have to do when the opposition goes direct.
"But I’m delighted to win, especially so late on. And I’m delighted for the lad [Adebayo], because he’s worked so hard in the last couple of games in particular."
