There's an exciting day of action ahead at Windsor

Windsor's card on Monday runs from 5.30pm through until 8.30pm and we've selected our horses to follow on their seven-race offering.

5.30pm - Follow At The Races On Twitter Handicap (5f)

Amor de Mi Vida ran home strongly to overhaul front-running Toptime (finished third) at Salisbury nine days ago and the pair are likely to remain key players here.

They'll be among the popular selections but a less obvious one with potential is the filly HEMMSA for trainer Terry Kent.

She shaped with purpose at times last season on the all-weather and did so again on the Polytrack here last month on the back of 194 days off, finishing fourth. Both the second and third from that race won their next starts.

Hemmsa has been eased 2lb by the handicapper and her burden is further reduced by Ray Dawson's claim. If she improves for that run and handles turf, she surely can go close.

LiveScore Selection: Hemmsa

6pm - British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies' Novice Stakes (5f)

A couple of runner-up efforts at Redcar and Chester represented a solid and promising start to the career of Tom Dascombe's filly RUSSELLINTHEBUSHES

So much so that connections opted to try their hand in a Listed race at York last month, where she was unable to sustain her effort having raced prominently and hit the front a furlong out.

This race is a quick drop in class again and, with first-time cheekpieces added, Alistair Rawlinson's mount has plenty going for her in search of a first win.

LiveScore Selection: Russellinthebushes

7pm - Fitzdares Loves Nick Luck's Daily Podcast Handicap (1m4f)

Trainer George Scott will be quietly pleased with the progress of MISS MULLIGAN in three starts this season. The Gleneagles filly was third at Ascot (1m2f, soft) on reappearance last month and then went a spot better - though no match for the winner - a week later at Doncaster.

A week on from that, she tackled this increased trip for the first time at Goodwood and, having looked in trouble at one stage, she rallied to just over two-lengths fourth of six.

There could well be to come over middle distances and she's eased in grade here. The only time she has encountered decent ground was on last year's debut and she may prove herself effective on it now, in which case she's a dark horse for this contest.

LiveScore Selection: Miss Mulligan

7.30pm - Fitzdares Celebrates Sunderland Novice Stakes (1m2f)

SEA SYLPH was left with a lot of ground to make up on her debut at Doncaster (1m, soft) back in October. Tom Marquand's filly responded generously once she was asked at Town Moor and she was rattling home better than anything, beaten a head on the line.

The William Haggas-trained daughter of Sea The Stars surely promises plenty more this season, with this longer trip and decent ground positives for her.

The Newmarket trainer boasts a cracking 28 per-cent strike-rate in recent weeks and this potentially smart filly can add to it.

LiveScore Selection: Sea Sylph

8.30pm - Free Tips Daily On attheraces.com Handicap (1m)

Match-sharpness is a concern on his first start since October but EAGLE EYED FREDDIE rates as one to keep onside for the Mick Appleby team.

He's a colt by Gleneagles and while he went 0-5 as a juvenile, there were positives to take, especially at 7f/1m on decent ground in his runs at Catterick and Ripon.

The handicapper has perhaps taken a chance in easing him to a mark of 59 for this comeback run and Theodore Ladd can take a further 3lb off his back. He's one for the notebook.

LiveScore Selection: Eagle Eyed Freddie
