All eyes will be on Epsom this week for the Derby Festival

Two days of high-octane racing on the famous Epsom Downs are in store with Friday's card (2.00pm-5.40pm; seven races) including the Cazoo Oaks at 4.30pm.

Here's our five to follow on day one at Epsom's Derby Festival.

2pm - Cazoo Woodcote EBF Stakes (Conditions Race, 6f)

Dairerin could be hard to peg back for champion jockey Oisin Murphy and Michael Bell, he was a debut winner at Ripon and went close in a similar event to this 20 days ago at Newbury. His chance is fairly clear to see.

Flaming Rib and Raging are possible improvers but so, too, is DUSKY PRINCE for trainer Archie Watson. He got stronger with every yard in his winning debut at Brighton in April and looks set to appreciate this extra distance.

There could be plenty more under the bonnet for Hollie Doyle's mount.

LiveScore Selection: Dusky Prince

2.35pm - Coral 'beaten By A Length' Free Bet Handicap (1m½f)

After an impressive start for new trainer William Haggas on the Tapeta at Wolverhampton in April, IRISH ADMIRAL looked on course to follow up at York three weeks ago only to weaken late on over a longer trip.

He travelled like the best horse in the race and the unexposed gelding should find this shorter journey right up his street.

Owen Burrows has an excellent record at Epsom and it shouldn't be a shock if Muraad leaves behind his comeback in an Ascot Listed race to go well here.

LiveScore Selection: Irish Admiral

3.10pm - Coral Coronation Cup (Group 1, 1m4f)

Given the dominance of his Group 3 successes at Newbury this term, it should be no surprise if Al Aasy lands a top level success here for Haggas and Jim Crowley. He's got a favourites' chance but this is his biggest test.

Japan, Mogul and Pyledriver headline the dangers, seemingly, but don't overlook the filly ALBAFLORA for Ralph Beckett. A smart 3YO last term, she was most impressive in her Listed Ascot comeback win over this trip.

That came on softer ground but fast conditions aren't a worry and she's got a lively outside chance in this Group 1 with Frankie Dettori on board for the first time.

4.30pm - Cazoo Oaks (Fillies' Group 1, 1m4f)

All eyes again will focus on Santa Barbara for Aidan O'Brien, whose recent record in The Oaks is quite brilliant. She didn't quite match the hype in the 1000 Guineas but that was just her second run and there should be lots more to come over this new trip from the Galileo filly.

Stablemates Divinely, La Joconde and Snowfall aren't cast aside in confidence but DUBAI FOUNTAIN might step up on last month's Cheshire Oaks win. She had Zeyaadah just behind (runner-up now 3lb better off) and both are lively sorts in this Fillies' Classic.

Mark Johnston has never won The Oaks, but if Franny Norton can get Dubai Fountain to the lead after Tattenham Corner has been breasted, she might well prove hard to pass.

LiveScore Selection: Dubai Fountain

5.10pm - Play Coral 'Racing-Super-Series' For Free Surrey Stakes (Listed, 7f)

MEHMENTO's Greenham Stakes second to Chindit is a top-notch piece of form and a replication of that might be good enough. He flopped since in the French 2000 Guineas but that came on heavy ground and is probably best forgotten about. He now drops in class/trip and can protect his perfect record at this distance.

LiveScore Selection: Mehmento
