The final round of Premier League fixtures takes place on Sunday with all 10 games kicking off at 4pm.

The title is the only major issue still to be decided and Manchester City will be confirmed as champions for an unprecedented fourth year in a row if they beat West Ham at home – but any other result would open the door for Arsenal, who host Everton.

Two of the three relegation places have been confirmed and it would take an improbable set of circumstances for Luton to avoid the drop, while the top four has also been decided but the other European spots are yet to be fully determined.

Ahead of the action, we have put together this fourfold of value bets to provide an accumulator that returns £334.24 from a £10 stake at odds of over 33/1, if successful.

Backing Crystal Palace to cover a -1 handicap against Aston Villa at any other point of the season would seem like madness but going into Sunday’s final round it makes perfect sense.

Villa are locked in for fourth place and Champions League football, meaning they have nothing left to play for.

The visitors came through a gruelling 3-3 draw with Liverpool last time out, while Palace are in red-hot form under Oliver Glasner and can finish the season off with a bang.

Villa are winless in five across all competitions and they have lost three of those games – with two of the defeats coming by more than one goal.

Palace have won five of their last six and that run includes a win at Liverpool, a 4-0 thrashing of Manchester United and a 2-0 triumph over Newcastle so they can win with room to spare.

Liverpool take on Wolves in a dead-rubber but they should be keen to put on a bit of a show in Jurgen Klopp’s final game in charge after an incredible nine-year stint at Anfield.

Admittedly, Liverpool’s form has tailed off in recent weeks but surely they will be looking to ensure the German manager signs off in style – and Wolves look there for the taking after seven defeats and just one win in their last 10 games.

The visitors can at least get on the scoresheet in defeat, however, as Liverpool have gone three games without a clean sheet and Wolves have scored in six of their last eight.

Manchester City’s Erling Haaland was facing a battle for the Golden Boot award not too long ago but a strong end to the season means he is five goals clear of his nearest rival going into the last round of fixtures.

City have to beat West Ham to guarantee the title, and Haaland can help fire them to victory.

The Norwegian has seven goals across his last four games and has scored at least twice in two of those, while he has scored multiple goals on 11 occasions for club and country this term.

Luton’s relegation may not have been mathematically confirmed but survival is improbable.

The Hatters should be looking to sign off their Premier League season with a big performance in front of their own fans regardless and they have shown some fight over the course of the season.

Fulham are perhaps Luton’s ideal opponents as the Cottagers have nothing to play for and have managed just one win in their last eight games.

Four of Luton’s six wins have come at Kenilworth Road and they can give their fans something to cheer about as they prepare for life back in the Championship next season.
