The final round of Premier League fixtures takes place on Sunday with all 10 games kicking off at 4pm.

The title is the only major issue still to be decided and Manchester City will be confirmed as champions for an unprecedented fourth year in a row if they beat West Ham at home – but any other result would open the door for Arsenal, who host Everton.

Two of the three relegation places have been confirmed and it would take an improbable set of circumstances for Luton to avoid the drop, while the top four has also been decided but the other European spots are yet to be fully determined.
