- Eight of the top nine in the table face each other in a huge round of fixtures
- Torino are unbeaten in their last five league matches

Inter Milan will hope to continue to make the pace at the top of Serie A by winning at Parma on Saturday evening, while Napoli face a tough trip to Bologna two days later.

A gameweek of several high-profile clashes also sees Atalanta play host to Lazio, Fiorentina head to the San Siro to take on AC Milan and Roma welcome Juventus to the Italian capital.

Genoa vs Udinese (Friday, 7:45pm)

Genoa have won four of their last five home games, while they have scored at least twice in three of their previous four home matches.

Udinese have scored exactly once in their last five away trips, so back the hosts to claim another narrow home win.

Score prediction: Genoa 2-1 Udinese

Monza vs Como (Saturday, 2pm)

Bottom club Monza have lost eight of their previous eight matches, while they have lost nine of 12 home clashes with teams outside of the bottom five.

Como are enjoying a solid campaign and Cesc Fabregas and his team can take a step towards survival here.

Score prediction: Como 1-0 Monza

Parma vs Inter Milan (Saturday, 5pm)

Inter Milan have won four of their last five Serie A games, while they have won all but one of their clashes with the bottom five. Parma have scored in all but two of their home games, so back a 2-1 victory for the leaders.

Score prediction: Parma 1-2 Inter Milan

AC Milan vs Fiorentina (Saturday, 7:45pm)

These two sides are struggling to keep pace in the European chase thanks to some inconsistent form. AC Milan have won just one meeting with the eight sides above them this term, while Fiorentina are winless in their last three trips.

Score prediction: AC Milan 1-1 Fiorentina

Raffaele Palladino and Fiorentina face a tough trip to the San Siro to take on AC Milan.

Lecce vs Venezia (Sunday, 11:30am)

Slumping Lecce have had a difficult fixture list of late, but they have kept themselves out of the drop zone thanks to results against the strugglers.

Lecce have claimed their home wins against sides in 14th, 14th and 20th, so back them to edge out the second-bottom visitors.

Score prediction: Lecce 1-0 Venezia

Empoli vs Cagliari (Sunday, 2pm)

Empoli are falling apart, having lost 11 and won none of their last 15 league games.

The Coppa Italia has taken their attention, but they lost 3-0 in the first leg of their semi-final to Bologna and the toothless hosts look set for another loss.

Score prediction: Empoli 0-2 Cagliari

Torino vs Verona (Sunday, 2pm)

The hosts have won three of their last four at home, while visitors Verona have lost nine times on their travels. The hosts have a fantastic defensive record at home, so back them to grind out another victory.

Score prediction: Torino 1-0 Verona

Atalanta head coach Gian Piero Gasperini will want to see a reaction to successive league defeats.

Atalanta vs Lazio (Sunday, 5pm)

Atalanta need to snap out of their poor form, so Lazio are visiting at the perfect time. The visitors have lost four of their five visits to the top eight, so back La Dea to bounce back.

Score prediction: Atalanta 2-1 Lazio

Roma vs Juventus (Sunday, 7:45pm)

These two clubs have spent significant spells as Serie A's crisis club this term, but Roma’s campaign has turned around.

The Giallorossi have won eight of their last nine, including seven consecutive league matches and they can get the better of Juventus.

Score prediction: Roma 1-0 Juventus

Bologna vs Napoli (Monday, 7:45pm)
